Relocating, whether it is across town or across the country, can be an overwhelming experience. Our Association of Catholic Real Estate Agents (ACREA) was formed to assist fellow Catholics, helping them to connect with their new parish and form relationships in their new communities with greater ease and comfort.

We work with local parishes to help them welcome you by making arrangements to have your new house blessed, a tradition that is frequently overlooked.  Blessing a newly purchased house transforms it into a home. Each family will receive a crucifix blessed by the Pope as a reminder of the day their house was blessed. While we are proud to uphold this tradition, it is certainly at your discretion and on your timeline. We are here to make things easier for you.

With a nationwide network of Catholic agents, we can assist on both sides of your relocation. This helps parishes to provide a loving farewell if a parishioner moves away in addition to providing a warm welcome to newcomers.

All ACREA agents take a pledge that they will deal fairly and without discrimination. They also attest that they are a practicing Catholic and will participate in the blessing if asked to do so.

The ACREA was created as much as a ministry as a professional association. We are proud to uphold the tradition of home blessing and are privileged to interact with our clients in this meaningful way.
